Cylinder Inspection Light

Full view LED light strip along full length of probe rod provides excellent view of cylinder interior. The unit has a usable length of approximately 280 mm, allowing inspection under the neck and within the cylinder thread. Powered by mains, USB or included rechargeable battery pack, facilitating inspections in locations without readily available power sources. All parts are available to purchase separately.

Cylinder Internal Shot Blaster

Our internal shot blasting machine for cylinder maintenance effortlessly removes rust, contaminants, and corrosion while preserving base material integrity. Tailored for steel and aluminum cylinders using steel grit or glass beads. This has been exclusively designed to enable precise pressure control, propelling the abrasives through a mixing chamber and nozzle using a venturi action, ensuring thorough cleaning.

Spent grit is directed to a dust containment system, filtered, and reintegrated via a gravity feed. Equipped with a rotating nozzle and pneumatic axial movement, it offers comprehensive surface coverage. Adjustable travel speed provides an efficient solution for internal cylinder maintenance.

Replacement Gland Seal

Our new grit seal is now available as a replacement for previous models of shot blaster. This significantly reduces dust as well as loss of grit as a result of older seals wearing at the interface of the outer tube and the rotary/vertical movement of the injection rod. Seal integrity is maintained by using gland packing. Comes with 3 sizes of packing gland to replace as becomes worn.
