Holiday Booking Terms and Conditions
UK Dive Trips
UK diving trips including those to Lundy Island do not include accommodation, equipment hire or transport to/from harbour. The price is for your place on the boat charter only.
The full cost is required for booking all our diving trips. The trip cost is non-refundable unless the dive charter skipper cancels the trip due to bad weather or mechanical problems. The booked place can be transferable providing we have written confirmation from both parties and that the new party is suitably qualified and experienced for the diving. Although we will make every effort to sell the cancelled place, it is not the responsibility of Dive 90 to sell the place and if the place is not sold the cost will be forfeited.
Each of our holidays includes a dive package. The number of dives in each package depends on the duration and type of holiday. All dive packages include air cylinders and weights. At some destinations the use of a dive guide for divers with fewer than 20 logged dives is mandatory. The cost of this is paid locally.
All our holidays are arranged through Diverse Travel and their terms and conditions apply accordingly to the holiday you have booked. It is a requirement of all our holidays that adequate insurance is taken out at the time of booking to cover the deposit and the holiday. Click here for details of DAN annual and Divemaster trip insurance.
