Learning to dive is an incredibly rewarding experience. Earning your PADI certification with Dive 90 will forever change the way you see the world, both above and below the surface. We should know – we have been teaching PADI courses since 1990.

Bubblemaker

The PADI Bubblemaker experience introduces children to scuba diving during a 2 hour session in our pool. At depths of no more than 2 metres and under one-to-one supervision, the children play games and gain confidence in being underwater and in using scuba equipment. It is a fun and memorable experience, and the kids get to take home a certificate as a memento.

Seal Team
£240
The PADI Seal Team is for young scuba divers who are looking for action-packed fun in a pool by completing exciting AquaMissions. Have you ever wondered what it’s like to dive with flashlights, take digital pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut? Beyond learning basic scuba skills, there are specialty AquaMissions, such as wreck diving, navigation, buoyancy, environmental awareness and more. PADI Seal Team includes doing some cool stuff in the pool, meeting friends and sharing in the adventure of the underwater world. To join the PADI Seal Team, a child must be 8 years of age or older. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but kids should be comfortable in the water. Parental approval is required.

Discover Diving

Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Diving is for you. We at Dive 90 offer this experience in the safety of a swimming pool. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

Scuba Diver
£400
The PADI Scuba Diver course is a subset of the PADI Open Water Diver course. If you’re short on time but really want to become a diver, the PADI Scuba Diver rating might be right for you – particularly if you expect to go scuba diving primarily with a dive guide. This course is an intermediate step towards earning an Open Water Diver certification, if that’s your ultimate goal.
For your comfort, all our open water training dives in the UK are conducted in a Dry Suit. For this you will need to complete a further pool training session and practise before completing the open water dives.

Scuba Diver - Upgrade

If you are already qualified as a PADI Scuba Diver, then the next progression is to upgrade to PADI Open Water Diver. This will allow you to dive to 18 metres without a PADI professional, but with someone with equal abilities as a dive buddy. To complete the upgrade, there are a some academic, pool and open water training dives in order to achieve the qualification.
For your comfort all our open water training dives in the UK are conducted in a Dry Suit, for this you will need to complete a further pool training session and practise before completing the open water dives.

The Dry Suit speciality provides the skills and concepts required to safely and comfortably dive while using a dry suit. In addition to earning the PADI Open Water Diver certification, you will gain the Dry Suit Diving Speciality certification after completing this programme.
