Nitrox

This course for is for recreational divers wishing to utilise Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN) as a breathing gas. The objective of this course is training in the theory, benefits, hazards and proper procedures for using Nitrox mixes from 22 through to 40 percent oxygen content.

Intro to Technical Diving

The TDI Introduction to Technical Diving course introduces you to the world of technical diving. This course is designed as an introductory course to the TDI Advanced Nitrox and TDI Decompression Procedures Courses. The objective is to familiarise you with technical equipment configurations, to enhance open water diving skills (such as buoyancy, trim, and situational awareness), and to introduce you to advanced gas planning techniques within a no-decompression context.

The objective of this course is to train you in the theory, benefits, hazards and proper procedures for utilising EAN-21 through 100 percent oxygen for dives not requiring staged decompression.

Decompression Procedures

This course examines the theory, methods and procedures of planned-stage decompression diving. The objective of this course is training in how to plan and conduct a standard staged- decompression dive, not exceeding a maximum depth of 45 metres. The most common equipment requirements, equipment set-up and decompression techniques are presented. It is permitted to utilise Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN) mixes or oxygen for decompression, provided the gas mix is within the current certification level.

- Minimum certification: Advanced Open Water diver or equivalent, enriched Air Diver, TDI Nitrox Diver, or equivalent

Advanced Deco
Advanced Nitrox + Decompression Procedures combo

This course combines the Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures courses into a complete entry level technical decompression diving course.
The Advanced Nitrox theory examines the use of EAN-21 through 100 percent oxygen for optimal diving mixes. The objective of this is to train you in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for utilising EAN-21, through 100 percent oxygen for dives not requiring staged decompression.
Decompression Procedures examines the theory, methods and procedures of planned-stage decompression diving. The objective is to train you how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression dive, not exceeding a maximum depth of 45 metres.
The most common equipment requirements, equipment set-up and decompression techniques are presented. Students are permitted to use Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN) mixes or oxygen for decompression up to the mixes allowed for the Advanced Nitrox certification level.
